Message	but this wont hold up in court. He picked it up and pointed at me, but he naver said anything threatening or raised it like he was going to hit me. He just said get out and thats what I did, because if I didnt he could press against me. I cant waste the time trying when I know nothing will come of it. Actually, if I wasnt in uniform at the time, I believe it would have escalated to a much worse scenario. Seriously, if he were to strike me with that prybar, I would have to take him out.
